Our apple orchards, planted above 6800′ and watered by high mountain snow melt, produce 90 varieties of heritage and true cider apples, like Kingston Black, Wickson and Somerset.

Grand Circle Semi-dry Cider was created from a field-blend of apples, juiced and fermented at 55° to a crisp dryness of 7.0 Brix, then lightly carbonated.
