Our own Robert Marc will discuss the chemistry of the noble acids we taste in ciders and wines, how they impact flavors and why. There will be a $10 fee for the "lab" tasting experience but the talk itself is free. Tonight, Thursday June 25 at 6:30 pm.

Pups on the Patio is back! On Thursday at 5:00 pm, Pups on the Patio is back! On Thursday at 5:00 pm, @colorcountryanimalwelfare volunteers will bring a shelter dog or two to socialize with people and their pups on our patio. Come hang out and support the great CCAW folks in our community who do so much for these wonderful animals.

We always say our Camp Cohab Cider with Plums, Mango-Habanero Session Mead and Raspberry-Hibiscus Mead were meant for pizza. Come hang out on the patio (new misters! shade!) and enjoys some pizza with Etta.
